Day Fifteen
OK. I'm back. Again. Saved the last entry I started but it seems to have gotten lost in the nether world of blogging.
As I said earlier, I rode my bike for about 20 minutes which works out to 4 miles, give or take. I spent a couple hours one day last week getting the family bicycles ready for the season. Mine, of course, needed the most attention. Put on all new brake and shifter cables. Plus new tubes in tires. Now my kids have no excuses not to ride with me. I can go as slow as they need me to.
Felt just a smidge guilty for not walking but I used pretty much the same muscles just not for 30 minutes. That's OK as I plan to ride more than usual this season. My goals are the same.
Ok the. Will run for beer. Ta ta.
