Day Four
OK then. Today was an easy day. Walked for 35 minutes. I was thinking that I might walk for a longer period of time on the days scheduled for walk or rest. I mean it doesn't feel like much of a workout. The government suggest 60 minutes of exercise a day to prevent weight gain and 90 minutes to lose weight. Which is my ultimate goal right after being able to run 3.5 miles. The weight loss will come, I'm sure, as I run more each week but the program I'll be following only requires 30 minutes a day.
On a different note I'm going try and put some links I find interesting. I'm sort of technically challenged but if I keep plugging away I can usually get whatever I'm trying done.
