Day Fourteen
OK. I did it, almost. 4 cycles of 5 minutes running and 2 1/2 minutes walking. On the 2nd run cycle I could only go 4 1/2 minutes. Breathing got all confaluted for some reason and I had to stop running and walk. And, at the turn around point, I had to take a 2 minute break. I still have a ways to go, I can see that much.
Part of the problem, I'm sure, is I overdressed. I didn't think so because it was raining and 50 degrees. I was sorta cool before I dressed and went out for exercise. I know better now. You will get warmed up right quick doing strenuous activity. Won't happen again. Shorts and T shirt till the snow flies.
Other than that it went fairly well for not doing anything for 2 days. Legs are a little tired but to be expected. 5 minutes running is the longest I've run, in probably, 15-16 years. Sad I know.
Also I need to remember to take check my heartrate before and after. Not doing so well with that aspect.
Once again time seems to have gotten away from me so I will run for beer. See ya bye.
