Day Seven

OK then. Well I didn't feel like a walk today. Did weekend chores like laundry, cut firewood for awhile , watched Euro football and a little LPGA golf. Not a typical Sunday by any stretch but relaxing none the less. Decided to make today a rest day.
Tomorrow I will get back on track with 3 minute runs and 3 minute walking. As far as mileage goes any day I work with running I will go about .25 further than a simply walking day. My routine has been taking me 2 miles. The new week with running 3 minutes running should get a little more miles. We, of course, shall see.
I don't feel a lot different but the change will be slow I'm sure. Haven't lost any weight but exercising for 30 minutes a day isn't really conducive to weight loss. I believe at the 10 week mark is when, after buiding up stamina to run for 30 minutes and then increasing my time, is when I'll really start to see weight loss.
Until then I'll just be patient and work my way to my goals.
Will run for beer. Bye see ya.
