Day Ten
OK. Did 5 cycles of 3 minutes running and 3 minutes walking. I went on an old snowmobile trail just for something different. Forgot about the big hill. I thought I was gonna die before I reached the top. Naturally it was at the run portion of the routine. Next time I'll try to make sure I'm not running all the way up. And coming back down was not a whole easier. The quads were barking by the time I was finished. However by the time I arrived home all was well. Just another workout. Yeah right.
I'm thinking I ought to start keeping track of my heart rate. I haven't been for no particular reason. After going up that hill, though, made me think I should so I don't have a problem. I didn't tell anyone where I was going and it is out in the boonies. The only people that might be out this time of year are the mushroomers. And I didn't see any today. Anywho I'll probably start tomorrow when I go for a walk.
Will run for beer. Bye.
