Day Three

OK then. I'm a tad late for day 3. Busy day. Ran 2 minutes walked 4 minutes for 5 cycles. The route I took has a big hill. Not bad going down but coming up was a different story. Now that's a workout, running uphill. Legs felt like rubber when I finished. Stretched for 5 minutes and called it a day. Will run for beer. See you later.
