Day Two
OK then. Walked for 30 minutes today. Felt pretty good. A couple weeks ago I walked/ran for 60 minutes and covered 4.50 miles and it was killer. Todays walk covered about 2 miles and didn't hurt a bit.
Also golfed 9 holes this afternoon. Beautiful day for golf and played my usual crappy game. But I did have a good time and like my running skills the golf game should get better with time.
My wife looked over the schedule I'm using for this running project. She sounded interested. Maybe not interested enough to join me but didn't laugh at me and call me a silly boy.
When I finished I stretched for 5 minutes.
Will run for beer. See you later.
