OK. Worked Saturday and Sunday. 12 hour shifts that leave little time for much of anything besides work. Tomorrow, Monday, I'm back with the program. And it'll be a tad more difficult.
Week 3 will be 5 minutes running then 2 1/2 minutes walking for 4 cycles. Alright, I can handle that, I think. Once again we shall see.
I'm going to try and put up a link to the page where I found this nifty little exercise plan. Wish me technical luck. Will run for beer.
