Day Seventeen
Yes. I walked today for 35 minutes. Nice day for a walk. Overcast about 60 degrees and slight breeze. Walked on the bike path in town. I was in town anyway so I thought a nice flat stroll would be good. My legs are a bit tired from yesterday.
I think I did about 2.5 miles.
I'm wondering if I shouldn't invest in a gps personal trainer device. Ya know one that show distance, times, heartrate (which I still can't remember to check) and important stuff like that. Something to think about.
A friend told me a person cannot think a more than 2 things at once. Maybe I don't need any distractions when I exercise.
OK. Will run for beer. Later.
