Day Twenty Nine

Didn't do anything today. No bike ride. No walking. Nothing. Worked in the yard all day with my wife moving black dirt. Still have about 5 yards to move and will probably just spread it around and fill in the bare spots.
Although I worked in the yard I feel like I didn't exercise. I'm feeling a little guilty. Will go out for sure tomorrow.
Will run for beer.
