Toodeling Tuesday

Ran 2.6 miles in 28 minutes today. Weather was sunny and 40 and a steady west wind. My wife wanted me to not run and help her peel apples for sauce but I said 'no, thanks' then she got mad at me. So I left for my run. She stayed mad for about 3 hours or so. A very short time for her, really . Usually she fumes for a week. I guess apple peeling isn't high on the list of things to get upset about. Besides this is our only day off together for the next couple weeks and I guess she didn't want to spend her whole day mad at me. I'm such a lucky guy. And just for the record I don't eat applesauce, when I want an apple I eat one, everyone else in this house eats it though.
Also I baked off the seeds from the kids pumpkins. We all like those. Homemade ones beat storebought seeds by a mile. This has gotten to be a Halloween tradition around here.
Legs were a little tight today. Never got loosened up. I don't think I overdressed because I broke a sweat even though my hands were cold. When I left I didn't think the wind was that cold; but it was, especially, on the way back in. Shoes are working out just great. No problems. I'm trying to decide the proper pronunciation of Saucony. Is it sock o nay or saw coney? Stuff I think about while running.
OK then. That'll do'er for now. Will run for beer.
